To ensure that all SFS screen views, data fields, and functionality renders properly and that transactions proceed smoothly in the SFS (PeopleSoft 9.2), users should access the SFS with a browser certified for use with the system.

If your agency does not currently use a browser certified for use with the SFS, follow your agency’s procedures to request a browser update.
Use of other or out of date browsers may result in system pages not being visible and the inability to use some system functionality including access to system navigation menus, access to favorites, and the ability for users to personalize and view their homepage upon successful log-in.
In Internet Explorer, Is Your Menu Not Dropping Down?
This type of issue is mostly caused by Internet Explorer's compatibility settings.
- In Internet Explorer, select "Tools" then "Compatibility View settings."
- If you see "ny.gov" listed, select it and click "Remove."
- Uncheck "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View."
- Click "Close."
