New Vendor Portal Homepage

As of January 30, when you log into the system, you’ll have access to two homepages. One with a familiar look or what we call the “classic” homepage. The other, the new SFS homepage, inspired by today’s need to easily access information and navigate from the homepage with one click on any size or type of device. We’ve enhanced system navigation in both homepages. You’ll find new navigation features such as a NavBar and an Actions List, a menu including links to personalize how you view your homepage.

New Self-Service Available for Vendors in SFS

Save time, energy, and money with many new vendor improvements. Vendors can now view online self-help through the help link in the vendor portal. We’ve made working with the State of New York easier, more efficient, and faster with several electronic features you can sign up for in the SFS.

Learn how to:

  • Sign up for Direct Deposit
  • Sign up to self-certify as a NYS prompt pay small business and get paid in two weeks
  • Sign up for electronic invoicing
  • Enter and review invoices
  • Review purchase orders and payments

New Help Available with a Click

Now you can look up payment status, create and view invoices and more! Beginning Monday, January 30, New York State vendors will be able to use these new self-help features!

Accessible: Vendors have 24/7 access to online SFS self-paced training courses covering SFS capabilities available to vendors.
