Getting users ready to conduct New York State business in the Statewide Financial System (SFS) includes training delivered by agencies to their end user community. SFS assists in this effort by preparing agency trainers to deliver SFS training. This approach is called the SFS Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program.
Below is a list of courses with descriptions and links to instructor-led course materials. As new training materials become available they will be posted.
Remember that SFS training materials are designed to teach about system functionality that applies across all agencies. Training on agency-specific business processes is managed by each agency.
