The SFS Customer Portal allows Customers of New York State Workers' Compensation Board to receive invoices, access user account information, and make payments online.

Customer System Status

  The Customer Portal will be unavailable Saturday, September 21, 5:00 p.m. for scheduled maintenance. The portal is targeted to reopen at 8:00 a.m., Sunday, September 22.

Vendors

Using the Vendor Self-Service in the SFS Vendor Portal provides vendors who do business with New York State the ability to manage their billing and payments directly.

Vendor System Status

  The SFS Vendor Portal will be unavailable Saturday, September 21, 5:00 p.m. for scheduled maintenance. The portal is targeted to reopen at 8:00 a.m., Sunday, September 22.

Agencies

The SFS Agency Portal allows New York State Agencies to access the portal to conduct business and transactions.

Agency System Status

  The Agency Portal (i.e., SFS Production) will be unavailable Saturday,
September 21, 5:00 p.m. for scheduled maintenance. SFS Analytics and Bulkload processing will also be unavailable during this period. The SFS is targeted to reopen at 8:00 a.m., Sunday, September 22.
  The SFS Agency Portal will close at
5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27 for Lapsing activities. Bulkload processing will close at 4:00 p.m. The Portal is targeted to reopen and bulkload processing to resume Sunday,
September 29.
