Customer Information

The SFS Customer Portal allows Customers certain of New York State (NYS) agencies to receive invoices, access user account information and make payment online.

Note: Customers who do business with multiple NYS agencies will require separate login credentials to access accounts for each eligible agency. For help with a specific customer account, please contact the applicable NYS agency that allows Customer Portal access below.
