Using the Vendor Self-Service in the SFS Vendor Portal provides vendors who do business with New York State the ability to manage their billing and payments directly.

12:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for scheduled maintenance.

Agencies

The SFS Agency Portal allows New York State Agencies to access the portal to conduct business and transactions.

Agency System Status

  The Agency Portal (i.e., SFS Production) will be unavailable Sunday, August 25, 12:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for scheduled maintenance. SFS Analytics will also be unavailable during this period.
  The SFS Agency Business Process (ABP) test environment will be unavailable from Saturday, August 24, at 12:00 a.m. through Monday, August 26, at 9:00 a.m. for scheduled maintenance.
ABP Bulkload processing will also be unavailable during this period
